Why a collective?

We believe it’s the way of the future for creatives, to not be confined to one role in one organisation, but to move freely, from one experience to the next, growing, expanding with each stride.

For this very same reason, we even created Clay, a community space that operates as a coworking space, a cafe and a bar for creatives and freelancers from around the world back in 2019.

How does this work?

For our clients, nothing really changes. We operate just like any other creative services firm as far as day to days are concerned. We have a design lead who always drives all communication between the team and you. Our unique model allows us to keep our core team lean and have an augmented team of some of the finest hand picked designers, who are masters in their domain.

Where do you work out of?

The core team works out of Goa, while our extended team is really all over the place. We don’t believe geography is of much relevance to our business, with a few exceptions ofcourse. As for the core team, we took a 100+ year portuguese villa in Goa and converted it into a workspace not just for us, but for others just like us.

What sort of projects do you take?

We started back in 2015 as a design agency with UX/UI, Identity & Communication as our core skill sets. Hence naturally, till this very day, it’s those discipline of design that comes fairly naturally to us. Having said this, the collective and it’s expanded reach allows us to do so much more: Publishing Design, Interior Design, Space Design, Packaging, Game Design to name just a few…
