Reimaginging the experience and interface for a Barcelona based flower and gift centric e-commerce brand looking to restructure their site data, ease order flow and create more engagement points for users through their journey.

 

The task for us was to create a bright, positive, functional, engaging, and adaptive website while following contemporary UI practices, that would present the service’s benefits effectively and amplify its communication with users.

 

Ecommerce has a pre-defined journey so not much can and ideally should be changed as behaviours have already set in. It’s in the fine details now that one can create micro experiences and delights for your users by really empathising with them, their state of mind and ensuring they get what they need at the right point of their journey.
